The firm is known for providing practical, business‑minded legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of residential and mixed‑use developments, from initial planning through turnover and ongoing governance.

This company’s attorneys regularly work on complex transactional matters involving condominium regimes, planned communities, and homeowner associations, collaborating closely with real estate, corporate, and finance teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney who wants to focus on high‑level transactional HOA and condominium work without the constraints of a volume‑driven practice. Attorneys are given direct responsibility, consistent client interaction, and exposure to complex development projects.

Hands‑on involvement with sophisticated real estate and community association transactions

The ability to build deep subject‑matter expertise in condominium and HOA law

D. from an accredited law school

Admission to practice law in Maryland

Experience drafting and reviewing governing documents, including declarations, bylaws, and related association instruments

Familiarity with community association statutes and regulatory requirements
