Inventory Coordinator
Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
Provide exceptional customer service to?our internal team members,?and our external customers.
Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department as well as internal and external requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies, etc.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
