Senior Graphic Designer We're seeking a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead cross-functional creative teams in delivering high-quality design deliverables for luxury B2B and B2C initiatives. This role combines hands-on design expertise with strategic leadership.

Hands-on graphic design using Adobe products for print, digital, social, and web applications

Manage creative projects from concept to completion, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely execution

Develop visual concepts, storyboards, UX/UI wireframes, and brand guidelines

Ensure brand consistency and present creative concepts to stakeholders

Solid foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color theory)

Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Intermediate technical skills in After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro a plus

Exceptional communication and writing skills

Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects and mentoring creatives

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, required!

8+ years of professional design experience with 4+ years of project management experience

Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, UX/UI, and campaign work

Professional office environment with occasional international travel (around 5% of the time)

We're looking for a well-rounded, collaborative creative who is willing to adapt to changing priorities.

This is a full-time position, onsite position in the Evanston, IL area. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
