Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ER RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely assessment and treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive assessments of patients in the emergency department.Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care at home.Adhere to established protocols and infection control guidelines.RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license.BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; NRP preferred.Minimum one year of experience in Emergency Room nursing is preferred.Work ScheduleThis position requires the flexibility to work rotating weekends and night shifts, specifically a 3x12 hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00.Facility HighlightsCritical Access Facility with 23 total staff beds.Charting system: Epic.No parking fees for staff.Patient RatiosThe expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
