Locum Tenens Physician - Cardiology
Inpatient onsite cardiology coverage
Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,200-$9,850
Inpatient days from 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, with some night pager call from 5:00 PM-7:00 AM
Approximately 15-18 encounters per shift
Credentialing: Coverage Need: Short-term locum tenens coverage with potential for ongoing needs
At least 1 year of physician experience required
Strong background in internal medicine and cardiology
Ability to provide both inpatient cardiology coverage and night pager call
Experience with ICU-level care and non-invasive cardiology
Proficiency in echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
Clean credentialing file required to support temporary privileges
Provide high-quality inpatient cardiology care for a busy clinical service
Support ICU patients and address complex cardiology needs
Interpret and utilize echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology studies
Participate in night pager call coverage as scheduled
Document care accurately and maintain timely communication with the team
Help support consistent coverage needs for the service line
