Head of Recruitment Marketing

We're hiring a Director of Marketing to own the revenue engine - not just the campaigns. RHONDOS is a fast-moving, high-growth company at the intersection of SAP security, enterprise software, and a partner ecosystem that includes Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic. If you've built marketing functions before and want full ownership of a category, this is your role.

You'll report directly to the CEO, operate with full budget authority, and build the marketing function that takes RHONDOS to its next level of market leadership.

Drive category-level awareness in the SAP security and observability space
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Build co-marketing programs with Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic
Create enablement materials that make partners better at selling RHONDOS
Demand Generation & Pipeline
Build and optimize the full funnel - from awareness through qualified pipeline
Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and publish content that establishes RHONDOS as the authoritative voice in SAP security
Leverage AI tooling to increase content velocity and quality simultaneously
Build a library of technical and business-level content that works across the full buyer journey
Manage the marketing budget with full accountability for spend and ROI
Build and develop the marketing team as the function scales
You've built marketing functions before - or built large parts of one - and you know what it takes to create awareness, generate pipeline, and close the loop on revenue impact. 7+ years of experience in technology marketing

• Experience building and running demand generation programs, including account-based marketing
• Partner or channel marketing experience
• Experience in product marketing
• Professional fluency in English, with strong written communication - clarity, voice, and punch
• Experience in a marketing leadership role
