InterAction24 is currently hiring for a full-time Freight Broker to join a growing logistics team in either Downtown Miami or Chicago We are looking for a hungry, competitive candidate who wants to launch a high-earning career in logistics sales, develop a book of freight, grow carrier and customer relationships, and drive revenue on a competitive base-plus-commission structure. This is a hybrid position where you are expected to go onsite to the Downtown Miami, Fl office, or Chicago, IL office. This role is ideal for someone driven, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay.
Learn the freight brokerage business from the ground up through hands-on mentorship
Quote, book, and manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight
Proactively resolve in-transit issues and keep customers informed
Strong communication and a confident phone presence
Self-motivated and driven by uncapped, performance-based earning potential
Freight/logistics experience
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, especially for the Miami market)
Familiarity with TMS platforms or load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) - Refrigerated/temperature-controlled or perishable freight exposure
World-class mentorship and hands-on training from experienced brokers
