Inventory and Accounting Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper/Office ManagerImmediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager in the Charlotte area. Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.Manage the company's cash flows.Perform account receivables, accounts payables, purchase orders, and inventory management.Administer payroll timely and accurately through the company's payroll system.Good organization skills, computer skills – Micro Soft Office, and records management.Strong Excel skills.3 + years in accounting/bookkeeping experience required.3 years minimum experience using all aspects of QuickBooks accounting software.
