DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. No Dialysis experience is required.

• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you can expect: * Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

* Paid training Requirements:

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)
• DaVita requires teammates to comply with Federal and State requirements related to vaccination against Covid-19. This includes being up to date with vaccinations or having a qualified exemption. For our teammates who work to support in-patient treatments in hospital or healthcare systems, there may be additional booster requirements prior to providing patient care services.
