Perform vascular ultrasonic procedures as directed by physicians.

Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment by moving the scanner over specified body area and adjusting equipment to focus.

Maintain equipment.

Order and stock all supplies.

Read and understand and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures.

Minimum one-year experience as an ultrasound technologist/sonographer.

Registered Vascular Tech, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in accordance with state regulation and clinical specialty.

Knowledge of vascular sonography.

Skill in using basic office equipment, including computer, telephone, photocopier, and fax machine.

Ability to operate ultrasound equipment in vascular lab.

Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
