FULLTIME PARTS COUNTER PERSON

Position : Full-Time

Join our dynamic dealership family as a Parts Counter Person. We are a well-established Ford dealership, located in West Chicago with a successful track record in a dealership parts department.

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle parts needs.

Continuously develop knowledge of automotive parts and service

Provide accurate quotes for parts to retail and service customers.

Respond to inquiries about parts availability and pricing.

Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as required.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionwith parts.

Assist with the setup and organizationof the parts department

Contribute to the dealership's reputation by fulfilling customer requests and providing excellent service.

Experience with parts in a car dealership environment a plus

Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, internet use and dealership management system

Bilingual skills are advantageous!
