Network Support / Service Desk

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support and manage a global network infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing network systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-scale environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to network security and system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain switches, wireless access points, and firewall hardware across global locationsMonitor and support WAN, LAN, and server infrastructureOversee DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network segmentationRespond to system outages, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causesAssist with firewall management, VPN configuration, and cybersecurity toolsSupport physical security systems and IT power/cooling infrastructureParticipate in planning, installation, and deployment of new hardware solutionsHelp implement and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareCommunicate planned maintenance windows, service interruptions, and system restorations to usersMaintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articlesParticipate in an on-call support rotationQualifications & Skills5+ years of Network Engineering or Network Administration experience in enterprise-scale environmentsRelevant certifications preferred, such as Network+, Security+, MCSA, or similarStrong experience with CLI switch administration and firewall managementAdvanced understanding of TCP/IP subnetting and network architectureKnowledge of routing protocols including BGP and OSPFUnderstanding of the TCP/IP and OSI modelsExperience with DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and wireless networking standards (802.11)Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy standardsStrong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with helpdesk systems, SLAs, and support contracts
