Remote Human Resources HR Rep

A legal marketing firm in Plano, TX is seeking an HR Assistant to support senior HR leadership. This is a growth oriented opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in human resources within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' of HR experience.
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Hours - 8am - 4pm
Salary - $55-60K

Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
Schedule and manage interviews, collaborating with hiring teams and candidates.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Lead wellness, fun, and community service programs to foster employee engagement.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to strategic projects.
Assist in maintaining a connected and collaborative culture across a hybrid workforce.
Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance HR processes and operations.
Collaborate with the Head of People to execute operational tasks and strategic goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR technologies and AI tools.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, and video outreach.
Desire to grow within the HR field and contribute to organizational success.
