The Corporate Recruiter supports Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities that identify, select, and hire top talent. Provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to MHS hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned area. Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.Creates sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques, established external relationships and support and attend recruitment hiring events or conferences.Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting / scheduling initial interviews, submit candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback, construct competitive offer package.Extracts and compiles data to create competitive job offer(s).Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys.

Bachelors (Required)

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience. Additional Education Info: Human Resource or in a job related field
