The Pallet Builder is responsible for assembling, rebuilding, and manufacturing pallets according to production requirements and company quality standards. This role performs a variety of fast‑paced, hands‑on tasks using power tools, hand tools, and production equipment to build or remanufacture pallets safely and efficiently. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a high‑volume warehouse environment while meeting or exceeding daily production goals.

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (Monday thru Friday)

Building, assembling, and remanufacturing pallets according to required specifications.

Using nail guns, saws, pry bars, hammers, and other hand/power tools to complete pallet builds.

Meeting or exceeding daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Inspecting wood components for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before assembly.

Replacing damaged wood pieces and reinforcing pallets as needed.

Following all safety rules, PPE requirements, and production procedures.

Assisting team members and supervisors as needed to support overall production flow.

Experience in pallet building, carpentry, construction, or similar work preferred.

Familiarity with nail guns, saws, and other power tools.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.

Comfort working with repetitive tasks and meeting daily production goals.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).

Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.

Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and handling of materials.

Steel‑toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
