Caregiver Assisted Living - Full Time, Part Time & PRN

HHA's And Experienced Caregivers Needed In Indianapolis, Indiana And Surrounding AreasWe are hiring for caregivers around Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Part time, full time, and PRN will be available. Caregiver must have reliable transportation and clean background. Must have experience with caregiving and senior care.Duties:Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in a residential settingAssist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingLift and transfer individuals using proper body mechanics and assistive devicesMaintain a clean and organized living environment for residentsImplement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviorsRespect and uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentialityDrive residents to appointments, activities, or outings as neededSafely transport patients to and from medical appointments, errands, or community care locationsDocument transportation activities accurately in accordance with facility policiesProvide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transitRequirements:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Strong understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols.Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor.Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assisting patients with mobility.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Valid and up to date car insuranceAbility to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate patient schedules.Must pass background checks and adhere to all health and safety regulations.Experience:2+ years experienceFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentialityAbility to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as requiredKnowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergenciesRequirements:Clean backgroundDo a required TB testMust be 18 years or older with 2+ years of experienceMust be able to get a CPR certificationMust have reliable transportationExpectations:Represent the company in a professional mannerWear professional attire (Scrubs)Be able to maintain composure during difficult situationsBe respectful towards clients regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, etc.Follow all company rules and regulations.
