Registered Nurse Evenings/Nights - Hospice Care
Heartland of Perrysburg
Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours/RN on-call to deliver compassionate care in patients' homes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. You will respond to urgent needs, document visits, and coordinate with the daytime team to ensure continuity of care.
The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license with 1+ year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. EMR skills and strong clinical judgment are essential for this role.
