Security Officer Enhanced Patrolling - Chino, CA
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document relevant details for follow‑up.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including loading areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points.

Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity by observing site conditions, reporting concerns, and following post instructions.

Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, reviewing unusual activity, and assisting with traffic and visitor flow during busy shipping and receiving periods.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
