Head of Technical Programme Management

Possess 12-15 years of progressive experience in project and program management, specifically leading complex initiatives within the financial services industry.

This role requires a full-time commitment to working on-site at our Las Vegas, NV location, fostering direct collaboration and team engagement within a dynamic environment.

Demonstrated leadership in applying delivery methodologies and Agile principles to effectively guide project teams and ensure successful program execution.

Proven expertise in utilizing JIRA for comprehensive project tracking, issue management, and reporting, driving transparency and accountability across all initiatives.

Extensive experience in strategic program management, including the planning, execution, and oversight of complex initiatives to achieve critical business objectives and drive organizational impact.

This require experience in managing large sized banking project including Credit/Debit/Risk/Collection and Customer service platforms.

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects and programs within the banking and financial services domain.

Manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes and foster professional growth.

Drive the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee the development and management of detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple initiatives.

Establish and implement robust risk management strategies, proactively identifying potential issues and developing mitigation plans to safeguard project success.

Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards within the financial sector.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.

Accountable for monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular, transparent status reports to all relevant parties.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

Guide the resolution of complex project challenges and impediments, making informed decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project roadmaps.

Direct the post-implementation review process, capturing lessons learned and applying them to future program planning and execution.
