FMS Anti-Tamper Systems Engineer
You understand your customer's environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the space security cooperation and security assistance mission by supporting the evaluation of FMS program Anti‑Tamper plans and strategies throughout the program lifecycle. You'll act as a liaison for space anti‑tamper requirements and implementation. You'll coordinate with key stakeholders to support the technology release and foreign disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 16‑1. You'll develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership to report programmatic milestones.

Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders

Ability to work on‑site, use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, and communicate at the executive level

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science

Experience with TRFD policy and processes

Knowledge of the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration's (SAF/SQ) role in security assistance, FMS, and relationships to key stakeholders such as SAF/IA, SSC, AFSAC, and AFSAT

Ability to use MS tools such as Power Apps and Power BI

Top Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
