We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will oversee a caseload of clients receiving in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services throughout North Carolina while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and professional growth.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other clinical staff.

Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing requirements.

Travel locally, as needed, to provide support across home, school, and community settings.

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.

Meets BACB supervision requirements.

Minimum of two years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
