Are you an Engineering, Strategic Planning, or Product Management professional looking to accelerate your career in Factory Automation? The Product Manager for Electric Linear Motion (ELM) within the Motion Control SBU will act as the General Manager for our electric motion portfolio, driving strategy, roadmap, and market success across the Americas.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept and launch through maturity and discontinuation — and play a central role in shaping how we grow in electric linear motion applications.

Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand and synthesize market trends, competitor moves, and customer requirements specific to electric motion applications.

Develop and deliver Electric Linear Motion training for sales, application engineering, and other customer-facing teams to strengthen organizational capability.

Initiate and support New Product Development projects, driving early gate activities and ensuring alignment with market needs.

Monitor and interpret KPIs (financial, operational, commercial) to measure initiative performance and adjust product strategy accordingly.

You are a customer-centric Product Marketing Manager who flourishes with translating technical innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. You possess a strong strategic approach and excel in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with product, sales, and marketing teams. Your data-driven approach, combined with a creative and resourceful nature, enables you to develop and implement impactful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and business growth

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Engineer, or Application Engineer working with Electric Linear Motion products.
• Deep understanding of electric motion applications in Factory Automation, including common architectures, use cases, and customer pain points.
• Ability to travel ~20% to global sites and customer locations.

Customer-facing or supplier-facing experience in electric motion or automation.

Participation in cross-functional transformation projects (new tools, processes, reorganizations, technology upgrades).

Exposure to ERP or CRM systems.

Experience with financial modelling and business case development.

We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $95,000 - $ 120,000 annually , commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
