The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the modernization of its technology environment and establish a scalable foundation for the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the implementation of a next-generation technology strategy that enhances trial execution, internal efficiency, and customer value. This includes the transition to market-standard platforms, the evolution of proprietary systems, and the integration of data, AI, and modern technology. The CTO will also be tasked with building a robust data foundation, identifying AI and automation opportunities, and strengthening technology governance and cybersecurity practices.

Key requirements for the CTO position at the company include senior technology leadership experience in a regulated life sciences environment, a proven track record in technology transformation and platform modernization, and a strong background in clinical technology environments. The role demands a leader with practical experience in data architecture, cloud platforms, and modern enterprise technology, as well as the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business value.
