What You’ll Do

Providing nursing care to students throughout the school day

Assessing and responding to illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Managing care plans for students with chronic health conditions

Maintaining accurate student health records and documentation

Communicating with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs

Promoting a safe, healthy learning environment

Ensuring compliance with school district policies and state nursing regulations

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for caring, dependable nurses who are passionate about supporting students and working collaboratively with school staff.

Qualifications include

Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current BLS/CPR certification

Previous pediatric, school nursing, public health, or clinical nursing experience is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in a school environment

Strong documentation and time management skills

Passion for providing compassionate, student-centered care
