Job Description Finance Effectiveness - Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to lead workstreams and oversee day-to-day execution on finance transformation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience improving finance processes, enabling technology, and supporting change. The Manager will work closely with senior leaders and clients to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives.

Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement across different Finance areas.
Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models for finance organizations.
Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
Coordinate day-to-day client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs.
Assist in business development efforts, such as contributing to proposals, client workshops, and internal capability building.

5–9 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, business transformation, finance, strategy, operations, and/or corporate finance.
~ Experience leading finance transformation, ERP/EPM, business transformation, operational improvement, or related consulting engagements

Experience leading finance transformation initiatives such as finance operating model design, finance process improvement, finance organization redesign, finance function optimization, or shared services transformation.
Experience leading project workstreams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and supervising consultants or cross-functional teams.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, presenting recommendations, and serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Experience leading ERP, EPM, automation, or digital finance initiatives that improve core finance processes such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial close.

CPA, CFA, PMP, or other relevant professional certification.
Experience with ERP, EPM, planning, or finance technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI).
Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, process mining, or digital finance technologies to improve finance processes or business operations.
Experience supporting proposal development, business cases, vendor assessments, organizational design, or finance transformation roadmaps.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
