About the Practice This newly constructed emergency and specialty hospital has been purpose-built to provide advanced emergency, critical care, and referral services for companion animals throughout the Greater Boston region. You’ll work alongside experienced emergency veterinarians, board-certified specialists, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and dedicated client care professionals. The hospital emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care while providing veterinarians with the autonomy and resources needed to practice at the highest level.

Schedule Full-time position
Three 10-12-hour shifts per week
One block of three overnight shifts per month
Additional overnight shifts available at enhanced compensation
Predictable schedule supporting work-life balance
Package & Benefits Base salary between $140,000 and $220,000
Production bonus of 22-25%
Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000

Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
Interest or experience in emergency and critical care medicine
