Corporate Associate (Attorney)We are working with a highly regarded, sophisticated regional law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York office. Associates are given substantial hands-on experience and direct client exposure while working closely with experienced corporate attorneys on complex transactions.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm transactional experience, including substantial experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated corporate transaction documents.
