Support and training
Starting salary $70K - $75K for the first 6‑9 months while building pipeline, with a commission‑only structure thereafter (range $100K - $135K) depending on ramp‑up. Permanent position onsite with room for accelerated career growth. no specific loan officer experience is required.
Building and maintaining relationships with borrowers and brokers to originate high quality loan applications.
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Reviewing and analyzing loan applications, ensuring accurate, complete information.
Navigating complex financial situations to provide the best loan solutions for our customers.
Working closely with the processing team to submit loan applications and follow up on their progress.
Minimum 2+ years in the mortgage industry; experience in a loan officer role would be nice but not required.
Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and brokers.
Ability to originate high quality loan applications.
Strong analytical skills, able to understand and navigate complex financial situations.
