We are the architects behind product development, go-to-market strategies, and scale operations across the entire company. Operating as the connective tissue for our compound startup, this small, elite unit brings structure to massive ambiguity and executes with relentless precision.Identify critical business friction points, step into the fire, and build scalable solutions alongside senior leaders.Drive Cross-Functional Force-Multiplier Projects: Partner directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new initiatives and revolutionize operational systems.Own Your Data: Dig into raw databases, build custom SQL queries, construct dashboards, and extract actionable insight without needing a safety net.Set the Source of Truth: Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to define, standardize, and scale the operational metrics that steer the entire business.What You'll Need4+ years of battle-tested experience in top-tier management consulting, BizOps, VC/PE, or as a startup founder.
