RN - School Health Nurse

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of childhood illnesses, chronic health conditions, and emergency care protocols
CPR and First Aid Certification required
Administer daily medications and provide medical care to students with acute or chronic conditions
Assess and manage student's health needs, including first aid and injury response
Maintain accurate health records, care logs, and documentation as required by state and federal guidelines
Develop and implement individualized health care and emergency plans for students as needed
Serve as a liaison between school staff, families, and community healthcare providers
Promote health education to students and staff, fostering a safe, inclusive, and healthy school environment
