Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher- Full Time

We are currently hiring a Lead Early Childhood Teacher at our Madison East and Midtown locations.

Since 2015, The Playing Field has served children and families from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Our program brings together children impacted by homelessness and those from more advantaged families in a high-quality early learning environment.

Low Child-to-Teacher Ratios: Allowing for meaningful relationships and individualized care.

Children are paired with the same teacher for as long as possible to foster strong, secure attachments.

Growth Opportunities: Competitive Salary: $50,000-$54,000 per year, based on education and experience.

Bonuses:

$1,000 sign-on bonus after the probationary period
