Physiotherapist I - Home Care Rehab

Viability Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position primarily involves providing therapy services directly to patients in their homes. Our physical therapists work closely with patients in a home care setting, which allows for personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific environment and lifestyle of each patient. The flexibility of choosing your own hours—Monday to Friday—also contributes to a balanced work-life dynamic, enhancing job satisfaction.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in their homes.

Establish individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of techniques including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.

Implement and adjust treatment modalities based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.

Document all patient interactions, treatment regimens, and progress notes meticulously to maintain accurate records for clinical continuity.

Regularly reassess and refine therapeutic goals and treatment plans as necessary to support the patient's ongoing rehabilitation journey.

Our physical therapy services cater to a wide range of patients, including children and adults with varying medical conditions resulting from injuries, disabilities, or surgeries. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

Competency in using computer software for documentation and communication.

Adaptable and able to provide high-quality care in unique home environments.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with diverse patient populations and various physical therapy modalities is considered an asset.
