Service Bdc Representative

North Reading Subaru is looking for an experienced, motivated Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you!

Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments

Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance

Handle inbound service calls and appointment requests

Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service department

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules

Provide a professional, friendly customer experience on every call

Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership experience preferred

Strong phone and communication skills

Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software

Competitive hourly pay plus performance based incentives
