Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication.

Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
