Carpenter, Lead - In-House Construction - Full-time

Overview We have immediate openings for a Lead Carpenter. $26 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lead Carpenter and must be able to manage a crew of 4-5 people. Compensation based on experience. Must be able to perform all aspects of construction in high-end residential and light commercial work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities Attention to detail (in quality of work and communication)
Read, interpret and follow plans
Structural and rough framing
Fine trim carpentry and millwork
Ability to operate various hand tools, shop tools and power tools
Ability to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.)
Must be able to adapt to new construction methods
Must be able to operate electronic computer tablet (iPad)
Must be able to manage and operate electronic (GPS) time record software
Must be able to complete electronic Daily Job Reports with photos
Must be able to manage and adhere to safety procedures on a daily basis
Manage, train and motivate a team of 4-5 employees
Benefits Health Insurance & Paid Holidays:
After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance (M3, Inc. pays 60%) and after 90 days, full-time employees benefit from 8 paid Holidays.
