Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

we are seeking three dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide mentorship and training to behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, possess BCBA certification, and have experience with autistic individuals, with strong skills in ABA principles, data analysis, and effective communication.

As a BCBA at Every Step Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for our clients. Assessment and Treatment Planning:
- Use data-driven methods to track and analyze client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Supervision and Training:

• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the implementation of behavior plans with fidelity.
• Collaborate with families to understand their goals and provide training to support behavior management at home.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health (LMHC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Previous experience working in the area with autistic children, adults in-home, schools, ADTs is preferred
• Experience in supervising and training behavior technicians or other staff is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices. Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
