Salesperson for Retail Sales

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash credit and other payment methods
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
Answer customer inquiries about products loans and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge
Adhere to all company policies and security procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior sales experience required; entry level position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Willingness to learn about pawn shop operations and financial services
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
