New Dawn Treatment Center has been a leader in mental health and substance abuse treatment for over 30 years, serving over a thousand individuals annually across our ten inpatient and outpatient locations. We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Loomis, CA. Supervise and direct on-site clinical staff.

Conduct monthly inventory checks and place orders as necessary.

Works closely with the Clinical Director to develop and manage program services and budgets.

Report any maintenance, site, or IT issues, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution and completion.

Identify and report on risk management and compliance issues.

Oversee and manage client incidents, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively, and ensure that incident reports are completed accurately and on time.

Support clients through crisis intervention and management.

Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.

Strong understanding of the principles and application of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
