Journeyman Electrician ($$ per hour

Are you an experienced electrician looking for a new role? In this role, you will use your expertise to troubleshoot, repair and maintain motors, starters, frequency drives, switch gear/distribution equipment, work with cabling and lighting systems. A Colorado Journeymen Electrician’s License

A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

A diversity mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic

Isolate and energize electrical equipment above 480 VAC

Address temporary power needs when required

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, 5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday OR 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday, depending on business needs

Paid overtime, often 100-600+ hours per year based on plant needs

You will be required to perform some heavy lifting, use ladders and work on elevated work sites such as scaffolds and towers with the ability to perform in a variety of different environments both indoor and outdoor as well as within confined spaces

Hourly Rate and Compensation Details

This is a union represented position under USW 12-477

$55.16 per hour with annual increases
