Caregivers within the SICU consider the use of state-of-the-art technology a priority when caring for patients and consistently use advanced technology such as ventilators, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, continuous renal placement therapy, intra-aortic balloon pumps, pulmonary artery catheters, continuous cardiac output monitoring, infusion pumps for multiple drips and new ergonomically sensitive equipment for patient mobility. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey.
