1 Based in San Diego or Geneva (Hybrid/Remote available), you will lead our sovereign infrastructure and drive enterprise value at the intersection of AI, Cyber, and Infrastructure.
As our CTO, you will own the technical mandate to capture a $2+ trillion market opportunity. Architect Sovereign Infrastructure: Lead the engineering of gigawatt-class AI infrastructure, ensuring total control from silicon to signal.Drive Strategic M&A: Own technical due diligence and integration roadmaps to capture margin across our strategic pipeline.Operational Leadership: Function as an executive peer to the President, overseeing productization, cloud/SaaS/AI security, and complex network management.Battle-Tested Operator: You have an executive track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect in hyperscale data centers, cloud (IaaS/SaaS), or enterprise security.Deep-Tech & Commercial: You possess rigorous engineering instincts and the ability to translate complex technical concepts (like TRL matrices) for institutional investors and the Board.Performance-Aligned Compensation: Full-time executive role governed by a structured Management Incentive Plan (MIP).Cybersecurity, AI, and Physical Infrastructure (Digistructure).
By controlling the physical foundation (data centers) and the intelligence layer (Cipherbit IaaS), ECX captures margin leakage that competitors lose to third-party providers.
The Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) model utilizes Exacore AI to perform the heavy lifting of lead scoring across 8 dimensions (Network, Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, App, Data, Physical, Geopolitical), allowing human experts to close deals with high conversion rates.
The "Digistructure" gigawatt-class AI platform provides grid-independent power, U.Ranging from "Frontier" nodes (H200/H100) for high-margin sovereign AI to "Baseline Workhorse" nodes (A100) for rapid capital recovery.
Continuous Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ):

The platform translates security telemetry into real-time, dollar-denominated financial risk.
The platform embeds automated countermeasures, ensuring that detected threats trigger immediate, machine-speed responses through the ActiveDefense/ActiveVuln/ActiveAI triad.
