Host/Hostess Position

Position Summary
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression of the guest experience. You will welcome guests with genuine hospitality, create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and support the overall flow of service to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Create a welcoming first impression and ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure
Manage guest seating and assist with maintaining the flow of the dining room
Help clear, clean, and reset tables to support seamless service
Assist servers and team members with guest service needs when needed
Communicate effectively with the dining room team to support an exceptional guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas
Help create a positive, team-oriented environment built on hospitality and respect
