Restaurant Service Supervisor

A wood-hearth neighborhood tavern. Serving up an approachable environment, Little West Tavern is characterized by warmth and hospitality for your frequent visit. A familiar space for regulars and newcomers alike, grab a seat at the bar for spirited fun, or a table welcoming friends and family. They have a love for food and beverage and a passion for customer service. Their primary role is to help create memorable guest experiences and support the front of house operations, develop and motivate team members, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.

Ensure all food orders are placed accurately and timely

Ensure service standards are being followed by all

Maintain food sanitation standards and ensure all food storage areas are kept clean

Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment

Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
