Procurement Specialist IIQuanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist II to lead procurement activities for complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects supporting power generation, renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), data centers, substations, transmission, and industrial infrastructure. This senior-level procurement professional is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract administration, procurement planning, and project execution support.Strategic Procurement & SourcingProcurement Planning & Project SupportSupplier Relationship ManagementContract & Commercial AdministrationExpediting & Logistics ManagementCost Control & Financial ManagementCross-Functional CollaborationCompliance & QualityQualifications include:Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field required.Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, contract administration, or purchasing experience.Advanced knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies, supplier relationship management, contract administration and commercial negotiations, EPC procurement processes, supply chain and logistics management, cost analysis and procurement reporting, risk management and procurement planning, material management and inventory control principles.Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and Procurement Systems, Procore or similar construction platforms.Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 15% as required for supplier meetings, fabrication facility visits, project site support, supplier audits, and industry events.Ability to work in office, warehouse, fabrication, and construction environments as required.
