Community Association Manager (HOA Manager)
Our client is seeking a dynamic Community Association Manager to lead the HOA for one of their thriving communities. This is an exceptional opportunity to put your expertise to work and shape a community's future. Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions
Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
Vendor management through contracted services
Develop RFP and scope of works for projects
Dedication to your residents - working to exceed their expectations and maintain the association to the company's high standards
Experience managing homeowners associations, HOA (i.e. condo association or single‑family communities)
Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
Ability to build rapport with clients and have excellent customer service skills
