Maintenance Tech Level 3

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule)

What You’ll Get

Pay: up to $37 per hour (based on experience)

• 1.00 per hour premium for hours worked 6 pm – 6 am
• 2.00 per hour premium for hours worked Saturday and/or Sunday
• 1,500 sign‑on bonus

What You’ll Do

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC‑controlled systems

Diagnose, repair, and upgrade power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

Fabricate and machine parts to improve equipment performance

Assist with installation and modification of new and existing equipment

Use precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting

Follow all safety protocols, including Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out (LOTO)

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a relevant degree/certification

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule

Work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating pattern: Week 1 – Mon‑Tue work, Wed‑Thu off, Fri‑Sun work; Week 2 – Mon‑Tue off, Wed‑Thu work, Fri‑Sun off. Built‑in long weekends every other week.
