URGENTLY HIRING! Staffing Recruiter

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite (5 Days per Week)

Reports To: HR Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the company's hiring initiatives, with a primary focus on recruiting and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

This is an immediate need covering a leave of absence, with the potential for the assignment to be extended or convert to a permanent opportunity for the right individual.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (70%)

Source qualified candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and interest.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruiting activity within the ATS and CRM systems.

Gather and communicate hiring manager feedback and coordinate next steps in the interview process.

Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding activities, and new hire paperwork.

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and candidate pipelines.

Administrative & HR Support (30%)

Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and meeting logistics.

Support HR initiatives, projects, and administrative functions as needed.

Maintain confidential employee and recruiting records.

Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team.

Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

1-3 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience preferred.

Experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts strongly preferred.

Previous recruiting experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, or skilled trades environments is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms preferred.

Customer-service-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.
