CNC Machinist - 1st, 2nd and Weekend Shift

CNC Machinists – Mill & Lathe | $25–$30/hr | 4‐Day Work Week | Tech Grads Welcome Tech‐savvy grads and hands‐on learners are encouraged to apply. 4‐day work week (Mon–Thurs) — long weekends every week

Set up and operate CNC mills & lathes
Read blueprints and determine tooling, materials, and machining processes
Hold tight tolerances and ensure consistent quality
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges
Troubleshoot issues and keep production running smoothly
2+ years CNC machining experience — OR strong technical aptitude with machining coursework
~ Detail‐oriented, quality‐driven, and eager to learn

Bonus Skills:
Clean, organized, modern CNC shop
Newer machines and well‐maintained equipment
Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (+ Friday OT)
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (+ Friday OT)

This is a Contract position based out of Hudson, WI.
