Location & Schedule Schedule: Full time. Shift: Day (United States of America). Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm).

Supports outreach education in cooperation with Trauma Outreach Manager and pre‑hospital services.

Collaborates with local, regional, and national injury prevention and community outreach initiatives.

Oversees daily operations of the trauma program to ensure optimal care for injured patients.

Collaborates with nursing and other patient care departments to manage trauma patient and family care processes.

Supervises trauma performance improvement and patient safety activities in conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director.

Prepares and assists with monthly trauma performance improvement committee meetings.

Customer Relations [Required]

Computer (visual) [Required]

Education Bachelor’s of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience 2+ previous leadership experience [Preferred]

Experience with trauma registry and coding [Preferred]
