Fraud Specialist/Fraud Operations Specialist IWe are seeking a Fraud Specialist / Fraud Operations Specialist I to review suspicious customer accounts, transactions, and eCommerce orders. The ideal candidate will investigate potential fraud, identify trends and risks, document case findings, and support fraud prevention initiatives.Overland Park, KS or Allentown, PAHours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific TimeInitial Training: On-site for the first 30 daysHybrid: After 30 days, remote work may be available up to 2 days per weekWeekend: Weekend work may be required based on business needsKey ResponsibilitiesReview suspicious customer accounts, transactions, and eCommerce orders.Investigate suspected fraud cases and meet established SLAs.Identify fraud trends, risks, and potential vulnerabilities and escalate findings.Monitor fraud activity and recommend improvements to fraud detection processes.Support testing and enhancement of fraud prevention tools and workflows.Collaborate with internal and external business partners.Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, alerts, decisions, and customer interactions.Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.Protect confidential customer and company information.Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Key Performance ExpectationsWork 20+ cases per day on average.Maintain required quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Operations, Chargebacks, Customer Disputes, or a related field preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred.Basic understanding of fraud risks and fraud detection techniques.Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.Experience with Google Docs and collaboration tools.Ability to work on-site and follow the required hybrid schedule.Professional communication and ability to accept coaching and feedback.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
